We did a number on our turkey. I was actually impressed how much my family was able to collectively polish off. Nonetheless, we still had some leftovers–a good balance between white and dark meat. So, per my sister’s request, I whipped up some turkey salad for brunch today. It’s a very, very simple recipe and I welcome you #HungryFans to give it a try if you’re looking to eat more turkey today but just can’t bring yourself to eat it as-is.


  • ‍3 cups turkey (dark and white meat or whatever you’ve got), diced into small, bite-size pieces
  • 1 heaping teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. + 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt


  1. This one’s super easy: combine all your ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Serve.
