BBQ Cauliflower Nuggets
Game day has to be vegetarian-friendly too. Not everyone is game to chow down on meat and meat products. So for those of you who like your veggies, I give you a healthy(ish), vegetarian take on barbecue chicken nuggets...except these little guys are made with cauliflower! And for those of you who do eat meat, I think you'll like these too!
Preheat your oven to 450° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and separate cauliflower into small to medium sized pieces.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the milk, flour, Hungry Fan® Barbecue Spice Blend, mixing thoroughly.
Dredge each piece of cauliflower in the flour mixture before placing it on the baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the cauliflower from the oven without turning off the oven.
Smother the cauliflower in the Hungry Fan™ Barbecue Sauce and return the pieces to the baking sheet and then the oven, baking for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and plate alongside a dipping sauce of your choice. Serve!
