The Sidecar is one of the more popular cocktails out there. It has the sophistication of a F1 Supercar, yet it can be served in a Dixie cup with a bunch of crushed ice and a lemon slices. Our version is a bit less high-octane and more lemonad-y, because after all we want to enjoy the whole fangating experience. This recipe makes six cocktails.
8 oz. Bulliet Whiskey
4 oz. Cointreau Orange Liquor
15 oz. homemade lemonade
The best ratio for homemade lemonade is 8/2/8 or 8 lemons, 2 cups sugar, 8 cups water.
Find an empty wine bottle.
Get a funnel.
Pour all of the ingredients into the bottle through the funnel.
Cap bottle and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with a smile and fresh lemon slices.
