Use it as a meat cure on pork loin, a finishing dust on baby backs, and most importantly, as a gift to friends who will without fail ask for a dip into your secret stash.   • 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • ½ cup granulated garlic
  • ½ cup paprika
  • ¼ cup red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mustard powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Himalayan sea salt


  1. Add all items to a food processor and blend for 10 seconds.
