Shameless plug, but you need GRILLHOGS Grill Tongs to handle this monstrosity. Standing five-patties tall, this baby should come with a liability release. Don’t be intimidated by it. Look at it as if you were envisioning your favorite team’s rival…and just destroy it. Victory has a distinctly (and deliciously) beefy taste to it…
20 oz ground beef formed into 5 evenly-sized patties
10 slices American cheese
1 hamburger bun
2 thinly sliced bread & butter pickles
1 oz rehydrated onions
Plenty of ketchup and mustard
Grill burger patties until just before desired doneness.
Top each patty with 2 slices of cheese and melt.
To serve, top the bottom burger bun with the 5 cheeseburger patties, the pickles, onions, a healthy serving of ketchup and mustard, to taste, and the top bun. Serve!
FANGATING™ TIP: Rehydrated onions (like the ones they use on cheeseburgers at Mickey D’s) are easily made at home by adding a ½ oz of hot water to ½ oz of the dried minced onions (aka dried onion flakes) found in the spice aisle of your local grocery store.
