Red, White and Blue Nachos


A great, eye-pleasing, patriotic recipe. It's an American twist on a Mexican favorite!


  • 1 bag of your favorite organic blue corn chips

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite white cheese, shredded (try Monterey Jack)

  • Salsa

  • Greek yogurt

  • 1 can of chopped black olives

  • 1 can of corn

  • Parchment paper


  1. Place parchment paper on your favorite baking sheet. Evenly distribute corn chips on baking sheet.

  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 cut of shredded cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Serve with veggies, salsa and Greek yogurt.
