Red, White and Blue Nachos
A great, eye-pleasing, patriotic recipe. It's an American twist on a Mexican favorite!
1 bag of your favorite organic blue corn chips
1/2 cup of your favorite white cheese, shredded (try Monterey Jack)
1 can of chopped black olives
1 can of corn
Place parchment paper on your favorite baking sheet. Evenly distribute corn chips on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cut of shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with veggies, salsa and Greek yogurt.
